Kuldeep Sharma, a local Hindu of Jammu has offered a plot of land to Arfaz Ahmad Daing, a journalist whose house was demolished in the Narwal area of the city on Thursday. the incident sparkedand widespread anger among people of all communities.
Daing runs the digital news channel News Sehar India. He said his house on three marla was not the only one built unauthorisedly, but was singled out for demolition, with the family not given time or served a notice.
Kuldeep Kumar Sharmar a local Dogra, whose video was posted on X by Gulvinder, was seen getting emotional. on 'revenge demolition.'
Hugging Arfraz Ahmed Daing, Kuldeep Kumar Sharma said he “will not allow his brother to be on the roads and that his heart cries for the plight of young children who have been rendered homeless by the authorities.”
He made his daughter hand over the land deed (of five marla) to Arfaz in front of the media persons and announced he would transfer the land legally to his 'brother'.
